More Progressive Slot Machines Coming to Microgaming

Microgaming lauds five new progressive slots games to come.

The upper echelons at Isle of Man-based Microgaming have had a lot to brag about lately. The oldest and most respected digital gambling games developer in the world has been introducing new slots titles at a record pace, and paying out multi-million dollar jackpots left and right. In their latest press releases, we’ve learned that both of these qualities are about to get a potential boost.

According to Microgaming, five more progressive slot machines are coming to the network. Two will be infused with the brand’s most famous Mega Moolah jackpot. Another two will become part of the celebrated WowPot jackpot network. The third will get a new progressive all its own, known as the WoW Major Jackpot.

Microgaming Boasts 5 New Progressive Slots Games

Throughout the month of July, and again here in August, Microgaming has made mention of several new games coming to the Quickfire platform. Each one is being developed by a different one of Microgaming’s elite partner studios, and will boast a progressive jackpot that’s sure to boost player intrigue right out of the gate.

Sisters of Oz WowPot – Triple Edge Studios

The first hit Microgaming casinos all over the world is Sisters of Oz WowPot, released just 24 hours ago on August 26. Anyone who enjoyed Triple Edge Studios’ Book of Oz – one of their most successful creations to date – is sure to enjoy its feature-rich sibling-slot. It’s got 5×3 reels, 20 lines, a medium variance, and a 92% RTP.

On an interesting sidenote, this new Sisters of Oz Slot is already preparing for a second coming. On September 7, Sisters of Oz Jackpots will launch. This version also features a four-tier jackpot, minus the progressive growth rate.

Book of Atem WowPot – All41 Studios

Microgaming’s new Book of Atem WowPot will hit the worldwide shelves on September 1, following an exclusive release at 3RRed Casino a few weeks ago. It is scheduled for worldwide release on September 1. Built by the creative team at All41 Studios, Book of Atem WowPot is an extension of the brand’s original Book of Atem, released in December 2019.

The sequel is similar in many ways. The theme remains intact, as does the 5×3 reel layout with 10 paylines and high volatility. The most notable change is the appearance of the progressive jackpot, resulting of a reasonable drop in RTP; down from 96.45% on the original, to 93.5% in the jackpot edition.

Juicy Joker Mega Moolah – Just for the Win

The upcoming Juicy Joker Mega Moolah slot remains a mystery for now. We do know it’s slated for release on September 18, but its design team is keeping most of the details under wraps for now. We look forward to getting all the “juicy” details about this new Mega Moolah progressive in the coming weeks.

Fortunium Gold Mega Moolah – Stormcraft Studios

Coming to a Microgaming casino near you September 22 is another sequel slot machine, Fortunium Gold Mega Moolah. This one follows the incredibly successful launch of Fortunium by Stormcraft Studios in June 2018. Once again, we see a very similar game – 5×5 reels, 40 betways and a medium variance – but a reasonably reduce RTP (96.47% → 92.67%) to accommodate the presence of the Mega Moolah network.

African Legends WoW Major Jackpot – Slingshot Studios

On October 6, 2020, Slingshot Studios will be launching the African Legends Slot, featuring an all new WoW Major Jackpot. The creators may be feeding off the game’s similarity to the universally renowned Mega Moolah, with its analogous African theme and progressive payout scheme, but its comparable nature ends there.

African Legends is played across 5×3 reels with 243 ways to win. It comes with a medium volatility and 94.92% RTP.
